Tankinis are easier to put on in the later stages of pregnancy and you can choose a style that either fits snugly around your bump or skims over it more loosely.
Maternity tankinis are flattering for nearly every body shape. Choose a style that draws attention to your best assets and covers up areas you’re less proud of and you’ll feel comfortable and confident.
Plus Size Maternity Swimwear
If you were a larger lady before you got pregnant then you’ll need to look into plus size maternity swimwear. When shopping for maternity clothing you generally buy items in your normal size so if you’re on the bigger size, normal maternity swimwear probably won’t be suitable for you.
Maternity swim wear in larger sizes is available from many manufacturers and often comes with extra support and coverage. Don’t let your body get in the way of the advantages of swimming as exercise.
